TX: Austin Earned Sick Leave Ordinance Put On Hold

Ordinance Previously Scheduled to Take Effect October 1, 2018
A Texas court has stopped the City of Austin's earned paid sick leave ordinance from taking effect while certain litigation is pending. This ordinance was previously scheduled to take effect on October 1, 2018.
