California Swaps Email for Web in Reporting of Serious Workplace Injuries

On Aug. 13, 2019, California adopted a new law that will require employers to report cases involving a serious injury or illness, or death to the Division of Occupational Safety and Health by phone or through a specified online mechanism that will be established by the state for this purpose.
